Aging sucks

If you have been reading this blog you know that I had knee surgery about a month ago. Yesterday as I was walking down the outside I tweaked my knee. “MotherFu----. Crap that hurt”, I said to myself and the two cats in the yard. The misstep did not feel very serious, but the pain felt like a knife being inserted under my kneecap. After the pain dissipated I did not experience any more pain during the day. When I woke up this morning my knee was a tad swollen and stiff. When I was younger my body would bounce back bounce from things like this. Now it takes twice as long for things to heal. Getting older is drag.
